基于海绵城市理念的小区排水设计与成效分析——以宿迁某住宅项目为例

本研究以宿迁市某新建海绵小区为例,在新建小区方案设计时深度融入"+海绵"理念,系统构建雨水径流控制、径流污染削减、雨水资源利用的生态排水系统.屋面雨水全部收集进入雨水调蓄池,用于日常绿化浇灌和道路冲洗;地面雨水进入海绵设施,实现自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化.通过海绵设施与市政设施的有效结合,大大节省了排水设施的投资,有效回收利用了雨水资源,改善了小区的居住环境.在小区建成后,已有效应对多场强降雨考验,为宜居韧性城市建设树立了良好示范标杆.
Community Drainage Design and Effect Analysis based on Sponge City Concept——Case study of a residential project in Suqian City
Taking a newly built sponge community in Suqian City as an example,the concept of"sponge+"is deeply integrated into the scheme design of the new community,and the ecological drainage system is systematically constructed with rainwater runoff control,runoff pollution reduction and rainwater resource utilization.All the roof rainwater is collected into the rainwater storage tank,which is used for daily greening watering and road washing.The ground rainwater enters the sponge facility to achieve natural accumulation,natural penetration and natural purification.Through the effective combination of sponge facilities and municipal facilities,the investment of drainage facilities is greatly saved,the rainwater resources are effectively recycled,and the living environment of the community is improved.After the construction,the community has effectively coped with multiple heavy rainfall tests,setting a good demonstration benchmark for the construction of livable and resilient city.
