Research on Thermal Performance of Splicing Parts of New Lightweight Decoration-Structure Integrated Wall Unit
For prefabricated buildings, there are usually thermal bridge defects in the splicing parts of the wall panels, which is an important factor affecting the overall thermal performance of the system, and then causes the deviation in the calculation of wall heat transfer. In this paper, the thermal performance of the splicing parts of a new type of lightweight decoration-structure integrated wall unit is systematically studied.By intercepting the effective calculation unit, the two-dimensional steady-state thermal simulation analysis is carried out by using the Therm finite element software with or without thermal insulation filling at the splicing joints and different hook materials as the basic parameters, and the variation laws of thermal performance under different parameters are obtained,so that the subsequent optimization design suggestions are put forward.
