摘要

本文针对普遍存在的"重产轻城""产城分离"等发展模式问题,从"产城融合"视角探讨优化城市产业空间结构、完善基础设施配套及预留生态空间等规划策略,激活地区发展活力和促进城市的永续发展.以中山黄圃镇智能家电产业园为样本对其主题产业园的发展规划进行探讨.研究认为,传统产业园往往缺乏生产、生活和生态的整体研究,在具体规划实践中,要坚持规划引领和制度创新,促进产城互促融合发展是低效产业园区转型升级成功的关键.

Abstract

Focusing on the common development models of"heavy industry and light city"and"separation of industry and city",this paper explores planning strategies from the perspective of"industry-city integration",such as optimizing urban industrial spatial structure,improving infrastructure facilities,and reserving ecological space,in order to activate regional development vitality and promote sustainable urban development.Taking Intelligent Home Appliance Industrial Park of Huangpu Town in Zhongshan City as example,this paper explores the development planning of this theme industrial park.Research suggests that traditional industrial parks often lack comprehensive research on production,living,and ecology.In specific planning practices,it is crucial to adhere to planning guidance and institutional innovation,promote the integration and development of industry and city,which is the key to the successful transformation and upgrading for inefficient industrial parks.
