This paper focuses on promoting the construction of livable environment for the elderly,combining with rural revitalization,and improving the policies and guidelines of characteristic towns.The urban and rural spatial resources integration could promote the exchange of resource elements between urban and rural regions,and accelerate the mutual penetration of urban and rural elderly care service systems.Centering on realization of the"Double Carbon"goals,the urban-rural mutual assistance pension model is developed by using digital technology,combined with the innovation of unit land use model and financial model,so as to explore the feasible path of using local natural endowments and ecological resources to build ecological and aging-friendly towns.
