Analysis of Strategic Path of Rural Revitalization in Old Residential Areas from Perspective of Urban and Rural Planning
With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the old residential areas,as the product of urban changes,face multiple transformation challenges and opportunities.From the perspective of urban and rural planning,this paper evaluates the current situation of old residential areas under the background of urbanization,and discusses the possible path of the integration of rural revitalization strategy with old urban residential areas.This paper analyzes the key dimensions of spatial reconstruction,industrial upgrading and community governance under the guidance of planning,further summarizes the successful transformation experience under the innovation strategy,puts forward the sustainable development strategy planning,and points out the transformation strategy of old residential areas under the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
