In the context of rapid development of modern information technology,this paper aims to discuss how to use smart water technology to realize the upgrading and transformation of urban and rural water supply integration,and focuses on the practice and challenge of supervision work in this process.Through the case analysis,this paper introduces integration application of project management theory and smart water technology,and puts forward a set of effective supervision strategy and process,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
