Multiple Village Integration and Coordinated Development——Exploration on practical village planning of five villages in Huayin City
Practical village planning has been gradually carried out all over the country in recent years.Through the practical village planning practice of five villages in Huayin City,this paper discusses the planning and design methods that focus on bottom line governance while exploring and integrating the natural and cultural resources.Multi-village integration planning can integrate natural and cultural resources,coordinate five villages management mechanisms,construct rural life circle,and form benign pattern of interactive development.Natural ecology and sustainable development requires equal emphasis on development and protection,make good use of resources and reuse of the vacant,so as to control the bottom line of resources and environment.Finally,under the control of all factors,coordinated innovation of the protection and development can realize the comprehensive rural revitalization of the unified ecosystem of"mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses".
