Exploration of Village Planning Compilation in Context of Territorial and Spatial Planning System——Case study of Meihua Village in Guzheng Town
This paper introduces a case study of Meihua Village in Guzheng Town and discusses the practice of village planning under the guidance of rural revitalization strategy.The planning of Meihua Village focuses on industrial development,land control,and residential layout,aiming to enhance the village's quality of life and economic benefits by optimizing transportation network,strengthening environmental protection,and improving public service facilities.The planning takes full advantage of the geographical location to promote tourism development,while ensuring sustainable development through strict land use control.This study provides an empirical analysis of the effectiveness of village planning,offering reference for other regions to formulate similar strategies.
