摘要

随着城市化进程的发展,城市更新将成为未来建筑业市场的重要板块,既有建筑低碳及零碳改造对于建筑业碳达峰、碳中和具有重要意义.本文基于实际案例,探讨研究既有建筑通过结合被动式低能耗、光储直柔等技术手段,实现改造后运营期零碳排目标.为建筑业高质量发展,培育新质生产力提供实践.

Abstract

With the urbanization development,urban renewal will become an important part of the construction market in the future.Low-carbon and zero-carbon transformation of existing buildings is of great significance for the construction industry to achieve Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality.Based on actual cases,this paper discusses passive low-energy consumption and PEDF technologies to achieve the goal of zero carbon emission during operation period after the renovation of existing buildings,which could provide practice for high-quality development of construction industry and cultivate new quality productivity.
