基于定形绑丝的钢筋节点绑扎技术研究

为了研究提升钢筋绑扎施工作业效率的方法,减少作业人员劳动强度,本文提出利用虚拟设计法从解决目前人工绑扎效率低,以及采用手持式绑扎机绑丝残留部分高出钢筋表面的问题,以定形绑丝为核心,融入手工绑扎作业流程的要点并考虑钢筋节点的特殊性,配套研究了一种基于定形绑丝的新型平面钢筋网绑扎技术及设备,制定了工艺原理及功能模块,建立三维模型,对每个零部件的功能及各零部件之间的空间位置关系、配合关系进行了分析和模拟.确定了绑扎设备的走行系统、定位系统、绑扎系统及控制系统.研究表明,采用定形绑丝的绑扎技术,在减少材料使用量及提高绑扎效率方面均有显著的提升,同时消除了手持式绑扎机作业时绑丝残留部分过高影响混凝土浇筑质量的隐患.
Research on Binding Technology of Reinforcement Joints based on Fixed Binding Wire
In order to study the methods to improve the efficiency of steel bar lashing construction and reduce the labor intensity of operators,the virtual design method is used to solve the problems of low efficiency of manual lashing.Starting from the problem of the residual part of binding wire by hand-held lashing machine being higher than the surface of steel bars,a new type of flat steel bar mesh binding technology and equipment based on the fixed binding wire is developed,with the fixed binding wire as the core,incorporating the key points of the manual binding operation process and considering the particularity of the steel bar nodes.The process principle and function modules are formulated,and a three-dimensional model is established to analyze and simulate the functions of each component as well as the spatial position relationship and coordination relationship between each component.The lashing system,positioning system,binding system and control system of the binding equipment are determined.The research shows that the lashing technology with fixed binding wire has a significant improvement in reducing the amount of material used and improving the efficiency of lashing.At the same time,it eliminates the hidden danger that the residual part of the binding wire is too high during the operation of the hand-held lashing machine that affects the quality of concrete pouring.
