以某休闲娱乐综合度假城项目中剧院为例,介绍了钢结构屋盖的施工关键技术.首先,通过对本工程的重、难点进行分析,确定整体施工思路;其次,通过搭建临时作业钢平台、应用有限元分析以及三维模拟吊装技术,论证了实施方案的可行性.最后,实施效果表明,应用该技术不仅提高了屋盖桁架结构的安装质量和安全性,也保证了施工效率,为狭小空间的大跨度屋盖钢结构施工提供了技术指导.
Key Construction Techniques for Large Span Roof Truss in Narrow Space
Taking the theater of a leisure and entertainment comprehensive resort city project as an example,this paper introduces the key construction techniques of steel structure roof.Firstly,by analyzing the project's weight and difficulties,the overall construction approach is determined.Then,the feasibility of the implementation plan is demonstrated through the construction of temporary steel platforms,the application of finite element analysis,and three-dimensional simulated lifting techniques.Finally,the implementation results indicate that this technology not only improves the installation quality and safety of the roof truss structure but also ensures construction efficiency,providing technical guidance for the construction of large-span steel roof structures in confined spaces.
