摘要

为了最大限度地降低建筑能耗,减少对能源资源的消耗,从而减少对环境的负面影响,本文研究基于BIM数字孪生的绿色节能装配式建筑智慧管理方法.选择BIM(建筑信息模型)来建立装配式建筑的有限元模型,主要功能包括管理数据和流程、支持在线3D浏览和WEB浏览器的访问.基于数字孪生模型,完成装配式建筑能耗智慧控制.实验结果显示,研究方法对节能建筑能耗的控制效果更加显著.

Abstract

In order to minimize building energy consumption,reduce the consumption of energy resources,and thus reduce the negative impact on the environment,this paper studies a green and energy-saving prefabricated building intelligent management method based on BIM digital twin.Choose BIM(Building Information Modeling)to establish a finite element model of prefabricated buildings,with main functions including managing data and processes,supporting online 3D browsing,and accessing web browsers.Based on the digital twin model,achieve intelligent control of energy consumption in prefabricated buildings.The experimental results show that the research method has a more significant control effect on energy consumption in energy-saving buildings.
