摘要
针对传统的预拼装方法在工程效率、成本控制和施工周期等方面存在一些问题.因此,本文提出了基于铝合金模板的装配式建筑免预拼装技术.首先,铝合金模板具有耐腐蚀、强度高、重量轻等优点,适用于装配式建筑.而装配式建筑作为一种新型建筑方式,能够减少施工现场对环境的破坏,提高工程质量,节约建筑材料.其次,设计了一套基于铝合金模板的免预拼装技术方案,并在实际工程中进行了验证.结果表明,该技术方案具有良好的工程效果和经济效益.在施工过程中,可以节约大量的时间和人力成本,同时减少了建筑垃圾的产生,降低了环境污染.
Abstract
There are some problems existing in the engineering efficiency,cost control and construction cycle of traditional pre-assembly methods.Therefore,this paper proposes the preassembly-free technology for prefabricated buildings based on aluminum alloy formwork.First of all,aluminum alloy formwork has the advantages of corrosion resistance,high strength,light weight and so on,which is suitable for prefabricated buildings.As a new type of construction method,prefabricated buildings can reduce the damage to the environment on the construction site,improve the project quality,and save building materials.Secondly,a set of pre-assembly technology scheme based on aluminum alloy template is designed and verified in practical engineering.The results show that the technical scheme has good engineering effects and economic benefits.In the construction process,it can save a lot of time and labor costs,while reducing the generation of construction waste and decreasing environmental pollution.
