Discussion on Crack Causes in Cast-in-place Frame Beams in Prefabricated Buildings
Taking a prefabricated dormitory building as an example, the cracks in the cast-in-place concrete frame beam were detected and analyzed, and the reasonable treatment conclusions were put forward. The crack detection and analysis results show that there are inclined or vertical cracks in the cast-in-place frame beams of the building, which are all non-stress cracks, mainly due to the shrinkage of concrete materials. The outdoor temperature difference is large during the construction process, and the protection layer of individual members is either too thick or too thin, which aggravate the generation and development of cracks to a certain extent. Some suggestions on the treatment of the existing cracks are given in order to provide reference for related projects.
