本文探讨了在天津市中心某老旧小区实施建筑节能施工技术的应用及其成效.项目涉及对21栋低层与多层建筑的综合改造,包括屋面、外墙、窗户及电气系统的节能升级.通过实地调研与数据分析,改造工程显著提高了建筑的能效,降低了能源消耗,并增强了居住舒适度.此外,项目还考虑了经济效益与环境影响,证实了节能改造在老旧城区房屋中的可行性与效益.
Abstract
This paper discusses the application and effectiveness of building energy-saving construction techniques at an old neighborhood in the center of Tianjin City.The project involves comprehensive renovations of 21 low-rise and multi-story buildings,including the building energy efficiency upgrading of roofs,external walls,windows,and electrical systems.Through field research and data analysis,the renovation work has significantly improved the energy efficiency of the buildings,reduced energy consumption,and enhanced residential comfort.Furthermore,the project also considered the economic benefits and environmental impact,confirming the feasibility and benefits of energy-saving renovations in old neighborhoods.
