摘要
在市政项目建设管理过程中,项目团队常面临诸多问题与挑战.这些问题不仅影响项目的顺利进行,还会导致项目成本倍增,效益下降,甚至造成项目的失败.为了有效应对,本文在对相关案例阐述的基础上,重点分析了市政项目建设管理中的常见问题,并提出具体的解决措施,以期为相关人员提供参考,最终确保市政项目能够顺利进行.
Abstract
In the process of municipal project construction management,project teams often face many challenges.These problems not only affect the smooth progress of the project,but also lead to project cost doubling,benefit decreasing,and even cause the failure of the project.In order to effectively deal with these problems,this paper focuses on the analysis of the common problems in the construction management of municipal projects on the basis of the relevant cases,and puts forward specific solutions to the problems,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel,and finally ensure the smooth progress of municipal projects.
