绿色建筑技术在住宅产业中的应用已成为推动可持续发展和环境保护的重要力量.随着全球对气候变化和生态退化的关注日益加深,建筑行业,特别是住宅产业,正积极寻求并实施绿色建筑技术.这些技术不仅旨在减少建筑过程中的能源消耗和废弃物产生,还强调在建筑全生命周期内实现高效能源利用、环境友好以及居住者的健康与舒适.
Abstract
The application of Green Building technology in the housing industry has become an important force to promote sustainable development and environmental protection.With growing global concerns about climate change and ecological degradation,the construction industry,especially the housing sector,is actively seeking and implementing Green Building technologies.These technologies not only aim to reduce energy consumption and waste generation during construction,but also emphasize efficient energy use,environmental friendliness,and the health and comfort of occupants throughout the whole life cycle of the buildings.
