Application Research of Passive and Ultra-low Energy Technology in Residential Buildings
The construction industry is an important field for achieving China's goals of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality".The promotion and popularization of passive and ultra-low energy buildings is an important way to reduce building energy consumption and achieve carbon neutrality goals.Fine construction is the foundation for ensuring high-quality passive and ultra-low energy buildings.This article discusses how construction personnel can start from details,do a good job in construction control,and ensure the rationality of construction in the construction process of passive and ultra-low energy residential buildings.This can prevent the quality of residential buildings from not meeting standards due to unreasonable construction control,increase energy consumption,and reduce people's comfort during living,which could provide reference for construction industry personnel to comprehensively understand and learn about passive and ultra-low energy buildings.
