管桁架K型搭接节点隐蔽焊缝在某国家足球场项目中的应用研究

摘要
为解决管桁架相贯节点中K型、KK型、KN型等多构件相交节点出现搭接型相贯节点时在满足一定限定条件下,隐蔽焊缝不焊接也不减低节点承载力,保证施工的连续性,提高生产效率.本文结合相关研究文献及验证,并结合实际项目中应用情况,希望为后续类似节点施工提供参考.
Abstract
This paper focuses to solve the problem of multi-component intersecting nodes such as K-type,KK-type,and KN-type intersecting nodes in the pipe truss.Under certain limiting conditions,the concealed welds are not welded and the bearing capacity of the nodes is not reduced,which can ensure the construction continuity and improve production efficiency.This paper combines relevant research literature and verification,as well as practical project applications,which could provide reference for similar node construction in the future.
