摘要
本文系统分析了智能建造试点城市在加大政策支持、培育新兴产业、开展试点示范、加强科技创新、创新管理机制、培育专业人才等方面的工作成效,剖析了面临的问题和障碍,并提出了加强试点工作评估指导、总结推广惠民实用技术、开展创新竞赛和成果宣传等针对性的政策建议.
Abstract
This paper systematically analyzes the work achievements made in smart construction pilot cities in terms of increasing policy support,cultivating emerging industries,carrying out pilot demonstrations,strengthening scientific and technological innovations,innovating management mechanisms,and cultivating professional talents.It also probes into the problems and obstacles faced,and puts forward targeted policy recommendations such as strengthening evaluation and guidance of pilot work,summarizing and promoting practical and people-oriented technologies,holding innovation competitions and publicizing achievements.
