住建领域科技成果转化路径研究——以住博会为例

科技成果转化是发展新质生产力的强大助力之一.本文总结了住房城乡建设领域科技成果转化具有企业主体、转化方式产学研深度融合、转化过程影响因素多样复杂的特点,梳理了建筑行业科技成果产业化应用情况和近十年住博会主题,说明了建筑领域在科技转化与应用上尚有较大的提升空间,住博会对促进科技成果转化,推动建筑业工业化、数字化、绿色化转型,以科技赋能好房子建设发挥了积极作用,并总结了其先进经验.
Research on Transformation Path of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Field of Housing and Construction——Taking China International Exposition of Housing Industry&Products and Equipment of Building Industrialization as example
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is one of the powerful facilitator for the development of new quality productivity.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the field of housing and urban-rural construction,including enterprise entities as the main body,in-depth integration of industry,academia,and research as the transformation mode,variety of complex factors influencing the transformation process.It also combed through the industrialization application of scientific and technological achievements of the construction industry as well as the themes of the China International Exposition of Housing Industry&Products and Equipment of Building Industrialization over the last ten years,which illustrates that there is still large room for improvement in the transformation and application of construction science and technology.The paper sums up the advanced experiences of China International Exposition of Housing Industry&Products and Equipment of Building Industrialization,that it has played a positive role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,enhancing the industrialization,digitalization and greening transformation of the construction industry,and empowering the better housing construction with science and technology.
