针对全球能耗不断攀升及中国能耗高的实际情况,我国已提出多项建筑节能的相关政策,然而在严寒地区,超低能耗建筑的探索与应用尚处于起步阶段.基于"双碳"背景,关注严寒地区的公共建筑节能问题,对严寒地区超低能耗公共建筑的发展现状进行深层次分析,探讨了被动式超低能耗建筑的发展路径,提出促进超低能耗建筑产业发展的建议;为实现全球能耗减排目标作出贡献.
Implementation Path of Ultra-low Energy Public Buildings in Severely Cold Regions in Context of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality
In view of the rising global energy consumption and China's high energy consumption,China has put forward a number of policies related to building energy efficiency,but the exploration and application of ultra-low energy buildings in severely cold regions are still in the initial stage.Based on the background of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality",this paper focuses on the energy efficiency of public buildings in severely cold regions,analyzes in depth the development status of ultra-low energy public buildings in severely cold regions,explore the development path of pas-sive and ultra-low energy buildings,and put forward suggestions to promote the development of ultra-low energy building industry,so as to contribute to the realization of the goal of global energy consumption reduction.
