Research on Dynamic Evaluation Index System of Ultra-low Energy Consumption in Large Public Buildings
The traditional evaluation standard of ultra-low energy building is based on the static design completion evaluation, that is,to judge whether the building meets the design requirements of ultra-low energy consumption by the average annual energy use and other indicators after the building is completed. However, there are many kinds of large-scale public buildings, and the energy consumption index and personalized provisions of all kinds of buildings are not unified. At the same time, with the load changes, the evaluation error is often large through the single energy consumption index. Therefore, this paper aims to study the dynamic evaluation index system of ultra-low energy consumption of large public buildings.Based on the energy consumption monitoring data of Shanghai government agency office buildings and large public buildings,it combines with the building energy consumption monitoring platform so as to improve the dynamicness, timeliness and accuracy of the evaluation.
