近零碳高校建设路径研究

高校作为师生生活学习场所,其人员密集,用能强度及碳排放强度均较高.作为科研教育场所,建设近零碳高校,可为在校学生达成低碳绿色生活方式,并辐射社会.同时具备环境效益和社会效益.本文通过整理适用于高校的碳排放核算方法,并作为对比对象评估了传统高校的碳排放情况.针对传统高校碳排放特征,提出了"本源控制、正向抵消、管理补偿"的近零碳高校建设技术方向,并量化预测了各项详细技术实施后的减碳量,相较传统高校,近零碳高校减碳比例可达47%,达到了近零碳排放的目标.
Research on Construction Path of Nearly-zero Carbon University
As a place for teachers and students to live and study,universities are densely populated with both high energy use intensity and carbon emission intensity.As a venue of scientific research and education,the construction of a nearly-zero carbon university can not only achieve low-carbon green lifestyle for students and the radiation society,but also have both environmental and social benefits.By sorting out the carbon emission accounting methods applicable to universities,this paper evaluates the carbon emission of traditional universities as comparison objects.Aiming at the carbon emission characteristics of traditional universities,this paper puts forward the technical direction of"source control,positive offset and management compensation"for the construction of nearly-zero carbon universities,and quantitatively analyzes the carbon reduction amount after the implementation of various detailed technologies.Compared with traditional universities,the carbon reduction ratio of near-zero carbon universities can reach 47%,reaching the goal of nearly-zero carbon emissions.
