Construction and Application of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Management Platform for Structural Engineering Based on BIM Technology
With the continuous advancement of China's urbanization,a large number of structural engineering have been built and put into use,while its operation and maintenance management are facing many challenges.This paper analyzes the necessity of building an intelligent operation and maintenance management platform for structural engineering based on BIM technology,puts forward platform construction scheme from the aspects of platform framework,function modules,key technologies,etc.Combined with engineering examples,it explores and practices the application of intelligent operation and maintenance management platform for structural engineering based on BIM,aiming at effectively reducing resource consumption during maintenance and improve operation and maintenance efficiency and accuracy.
