摘要

本文针对市政工程建设集成性和复杂性等问题,通过施工前运用BIM技术,将三维模型和进度计划关联,进行4D模拟推演,进而优化和调整进度计划;通过施工中导入实际进度相关数据,进行项目计划进度与实际进度的可视化对比分析,出具进度分析报告,调整资源配置.结果表明4D进度模拟可以规避项目潜在的时空冲突,高效实现团队的沟通协作,有助于管理者进行高效决策.

Abstract

In view of the integration and complexity of municipal engineering construction,BIM technology is used before construction to associate the 3D model with the schedule plan,and conduct 4D simulation to optimize and adjust the schedule.In the construction process,relevant data of actual progress is imported,so as to carry out visual comparative analysis of project planned progress and actual progress,and adjust resource allocation according to progress analysis report.The results show that 4D schedule simulation can avoid the potential time-space conflict of the project,and effectively realize the communication and cooperation of the team,so as to help the manager to make efficient decisions.
