Research on Role of Personal Electronic Practice Seal of Professional and Technical Personnel in field of Engineering Design in China
Under the background of the digital transformation of China's engineering design industry,the importance of the foundation of"digital housing construction"has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,this paper chooses the personal electronic practice seal of professional and technical personnel in the field of engineering design as the entry point,and finds that there are four major problems:incomplete system,increased management and usage costs for enterprises and individuals,reduced management efficiency of relevant management organizations and enterprises,and insufficient encryption level of digital drawings.After learning from the advanced experience of Shanghai,it is suggested that the current work should actively develop the preparation of electronic practice seal standard(draft)for registered architects as well as survey and design registered engineers to solve the above problems.
