摘要
处于城市近郊地区的连片乡村区域由于发展关注度不高、多元要素限制、城乡面貌混杂、土地利用低效、相关政策不足等问题,其发展相对滞后.近年来乡村振兴战略为城市近郊区域连片乡村地区提供了新的机遇.本文以南京市汤泉街道山南片区为例,研究大都市近郊区域发展特点及困境.依托山南片区发展需求,审视和盘整区域发展条件,提出生态协调发展、产业错位协同、人地关系梳理、村庄建设引导四大发展路径,促进城乡融合发展与乡村振兴.
Abstract
Due to insufficient development attention,multi-factor restrictions,mixed urban-rural appearances,inefficient land use,and scarcity of related policies,.Its development is relatively lagging behind.In recent years,the development of rural revitalization strategy has provided new opportunities for contiguous villages in the suburb areas.This article takes the Shannan Area of Tangquan Street,Nanjing City as an example,and studies the development characteristics and dilemma in the metropolis suburbs.Relying on the development needs of Shannan area,reviewing and consolidating regional development conditions,four major development pathways are proposed,including ecological coordinated development,industrial complementary coordination,human-land relationship orientation,and village construction guidance,so as to promote urban-rural integrated development and rural revitalization.
