Health Assessment Method and Case Study for Existing Heating Pipelines Wu Chunling1
Based on the analysis of environmental risks and own risks of directly buried thermal pipelines, this study established a health assessment method for existing heating pipelines by integrating environmental assessment, macro inspection,anti-corrosion layer detection, stray current detection and corrosion environmental assessment.Taking the supply and return water pipeline of a pipeline network in Tianjin as case, the pipeline health assessment was carried out,and the direction of improving the health degree of the pipeline was pointed out. This method could provide key technical support for leakage detection of urban heating pipelines, and help to improve the operation quality of the entire heating system.
