Research on Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Management of Smart Buildings Based on BIM
In the current building management industry,the concept of smart buildings is increasingly gaining attention.Smart buildings,through the integration of advanced automation systems and efficient energy management,can not only enhance the comfort of living and working environment,but also significantly reduce energy consumption and operational costs.Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has become a key tool to support comprehensive operation and maintenance management of smart buildings.BIM technology can provide detailed building information models,supporting the whole lifecycle management from design,construction to operation and maintenance,especially showing great potential in data integration,operational efficiency improvement,fault prediction and maintenance,and intelligent decision support.This paper systematically explores the application strategies of BIM technology in the comprehensive operation and maintenance management of smart buildings through the analysis of a series of engineering cases,providing scientific methods and technical support for the sustainable operation and maintenance of smart buildings.
