Research on the Construction of BIM-based Industry Collaboration Platform and Its Application in Intelligent Construction
Under the dual background of numerous issues existing in the traditional management mode of engineering construction and the gradual maturity of BIM technology,this paper constructs a BIM-based industrial platform.Leveraging microservices architecture supported by technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence,this platform integrates core functions including data management,model construction,collaborative management,and decision support.Furthermore,the paper explores the application scenarios of this platform in the field of intelligent construction,encompassing project planning,construction management,facility maintenance,and more.It showcases how BIM technology enhances the design accuracy of engineering projects,optimizes construction processes,and improves construction quality and efficiency.This research not only provides theoretical support for the digital transformation of urban construction but also offers valuable references for practices in related industries.
