建筑工程BIM形象进度管理研究和应用

BIM技术已广泛应用于建筑工程全生命周期,基于三维模型可辅助工程项目进度管理.但目前采用不同BIM软件建立进度模型,导致需需根据不同BIM软件的特点研究进度信息赋予方法,存在进度模型数据格式局限、进度信息关联效率低等问题.鉴于此,本文以IFC标准作为BIM模型数据底座,研究进度管理的IFC表达和扩展方法,保证进度模型数据表达的通用性.根据施工WBS分解方法划分BIM模型各专业构件,并研究建筑项目WBS编码.通过编码实现进度信息与BIM模型构件的自动关联.最后,采用住宅楼项目进行验证研究.本文方法可为建筑工程基于BIM的进度管理提供参考.
Research and Application of BIM Image Progress Management in Building Engineering
BIM technology has been widely applied throughout the entire lifecycle of the building engineering,by using 3D models to assist in project progress management.However,different BIM software products are used in various projects to establish progress models,which requires adapting different BIM software to develop methods of assigning progress information.There are limitations in data format of progress model and low efficiency in linking progress information.In this paper,the IFC schema is used as BIM model data base to study the IFC expression and extension methods of progress management,ensuring the universality of progress model data expression.The WBS decomposition method can divide BIM model into various professional components,and study the WBS coding of the building engineering.The progress information could be automatically associated with BIM model components through the WBS coding.Finally,a residential building project is used to verify the proposed method.This method can provide reference for BIM based process management in building engineering.
