城市信息模型(City Information Modeling,CIM)可以从城市规划、城市管理、城市服务、城市安全等方面为智慧城市建设提供重要支撑.本研究采用文献综述法结合文献计量法梳理分析CIM应用现状、智慧城市发展历程,以及CIM助力我国智慧城市建设的研究进展与趋势.结果表明:数字城市、三维城市及数字孪生等概念和技术的提出给智慧城市建设、发展和管理提供了更多的机会与方向,在CIM应用于智慧城市建设领域具有一定的研究前景.
Research Progress and Trend on CIM Empowering Smart City Construction in China
City Information Modeling(CIM)can provide important support for smart city construction from urban planning,urban management,urban services,and urban security.This research adopts a comprehensive approach that combines literature review with bibliometric analysis to examine the current state of CIM development and application,the evolution of smart cities,as well as the research progress and trends concerning CIM's contribution to the construction of smart cities in China.The results show that:as a conceptual model for digital cities,CIM facilitates the integration of data,business,and technology in urban development.The establishment and advancement of CIM platform can provide essential support for urban planning,construction,and operation,thereby empowering the advancement of smart city development.The introduction of concepts and technologies of digital city,three-dimensional city and digital twins provides more opportunities and directions for smart city construction,development and management,which have certain research prospects in the field of CIM application in smart city construction.
