Research on Decision Support System for Territorial and Spatial Planning and Urban Design Based on GIS Technology
This article introduces GIS technology in the decision-making for territorial and spatial planning and urban design, and conducts empirical analysis as well.On this basis,multi-source information is fused to establish an effective GIS support system for fine analysis and simulation of the research area.Through the study of GIS spatial analysis, sufficient data support and decision-making foundation are provided for planners and designers to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of planning. At the same time, the system has the ability of three-dimensional modeling and visualization, which can present the project design scheme in a visualized way and predict its development trend, thereby providing strong guarantees for the smooth progress of the project.Through case verification, the results of this study are of great significance in improving the quality and efficiency of planning, promoting transparency and democratization of decision-making.However,there are also some challenges in terms of data quality and system operation. In future work, the functionality of the system will be further improved and perfected to better apply GIS technology to the decision-making in territorial and spatial planning as well as urban design.
