随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市基础设施数量及复杂程度增加,传统管理模式已不能满足日益增长的需要.因此,将GIS技术与人工智能技术相结合,构建智能市政设施养护管理体系,是提高城市管理效率,优化资源配置,保障居民生活质量的必然选择.本文利用GIS空间信息技术,实现对市政设施的精确定位与空间分析,并与人工智能技术相结合,自动监控与预警市政设施运行状态.通过实时监测与数据分析,可以及时发现设施的故障与异常状况,提前预防与处理,达到设施维护与管理的智能化.
Research and Development of Infrastructure Management and Maintenance System based on GIS+AI
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the number and complexity of urban infrastructure have increased,and traditional management models can no longer meet the growing demands.Therefore,combining GIS technology with AI technology to build an intelligent infrastructure maintenance and management system becomes an inevitable choice to improve urban management efficiency,optimize resource allocation,and ensure residents'quality of life.This article utilizes GIS spatial information technology to achieve precise positioning and spatial analysis of municipal facilities,and combines it with AI technology to automatically monitor and warn of the operation status of municipal facilities.Through real-time monitoring and data analysis,faults and abnormal conditions of facilities can be detected in a timely manner,to prevent and handle in advance,achieving intelligent infrastructure maintenance and management.
