摘要
新时代智能化建设理念逐步兴起,智能建造工程协同管理作为新型管理模式逐渐受到多个领域的广泛关注.传统建造工程管理期间因信息沟通不畅、资源利用效率低下、决策失误等问题的出现,制约工程项目的高效推进.智能建造技术的引入可通过实时数据共享、智能分析、决策支持等,从而实现各参与方之间的高效协同、信息共享、资源优化配置,从而提高工程的整体效率,也可为工程协同管理提供全新的思路.本文针对智能建造关键技术综合分析,进而提出创新应用策略,旨为相关行业提供参考.
Abstract
The concept of intelligent construction is gradually emerging in the new era,and the collaborative management of intelligent construction projects,as a new management model,is receiving widespread attention from multiple fields.The occurrence of problems such as poor information communication,low resource utilization efficiency,and decision-making errors during traditional construction project management hinders the efficient progress of engineering projects.The introduction of intelligent construction technology can achieve efficient collaboration,information sharing,and resource optimization among all parties involved through real-time data sharing,intelligent analysis,decision support,etc.,thereby improving the overall efficiency of the project and providing new ideas for collaborative management of the project.This article comprehensively analyzes the key technologies of intelligent construction and proposes innovative application strategies,aiming to provide reference for related industries.
