Exploration of BIM Technology Application in Architectural Design with Apartment Projects as an Example
With the green transformation of global economy,the construction industry is undergoing a profound transformation,with the goal of achieving low-carbon,environmental protection,and sustainable development.In this context,the BIM concept has emerged as an innovative solution that not only improves the efficiency of design process,but also significantly enhances engineering quality,compresses construction cycles,and optimizes cost control.China is showing strong momentum in the application of BIM technology,which has become an important driving force for the future development of the building industry.This article focuses on department projects as the research object and uses Autodesk Revit to construct detailed building information model.This not only provides owners with an intuitive visualized experience,but also achieves seamless integration between design and construction stages,fully demonstrating the high efficiency and convenience of BIM technology in architectural design.
