摘要
本文结合装配式建筑建设现状,对其常见的条形基础结构、独立基础结构、筏形基础结构以及桩基础结构造型进行分析,并总结装配式建筑结构选型时的基本参考原则.在确定好建筑结构选型要求后,文中以装配式钢结构高层住宅建设为分析对象,对BIM技术在预埋地脚螺栓定位安装、钢柱安装等方面的应用展开深入探究.希望为提高装配式建筑结构的稳定性、可靠性提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of prefabricated building construction,this paper analyzes the common types including strip foundation structure,independent foundation structure,raft foundation structure and pile foundation structure,and summarizes the basic reference principles when selecting prefabricated building structure.After determining the building structure selection requirements,the paper takes the construction of prefabricated steel structure high-rise residential building as the analysis object,and probes into the application of BIM technology in the positioning installation of embedded anchor bolts and the installation of steel columns,hoping to provide reference for improving the stability and reliability of prefabricated building structures.
