本文探讨了融合价值工程和BIM技术在建筑装饰领域的应用.分析了价值工程与BIM技术的相似之处,并提出了将两者结合应用的路径.通过某科技大楼项目的案例,展示了BIM技术在装饰材料选用与数量控制、施工阶段、工期控制和维护过程中的具体应用.通过融合这两种方法,文章提出了提高建筑装饰项目效率、降低成本、优化设计方案的途径,为推动建筑业的科技变革提供了有益的参考.
Abstract
This article explores the application of value engineering and BIM technology in the field of building decoration.By analyzing the similarities between value engineering and BIM technology,this paper proposes an application path to combine these two.Through case study of a technology building project,the specific application of BIM technology in the selection and quantity control of decorative materials,construction phase,schedule control,and maintenance process is demonstrated.By integrating these two methods,the paper proposes ways to improve the efficiency of building decoration projects,reduce costs,and optimize design schemes,providing useful references for promoting technological renovation in the construction industry.
