Study on the Collaborative Governance and Long-term Mechanisms for Transforming Old Neighborhoods in Context of"Co-creation"Concept——Taking Changzhou,Houshan,and Caihong neighborhoods in Zhongshan as case studies
This paper focuses on the transformation of old neighborhoods under the concept of"co-creation",and explores the specific practices and results of the establishment process of collaborative governance and long-term mechanisms through case studies of the Changzhou,Houshan,and Caihong neighborhoods.The main objective of the study is to improve the living environment of the old neighborhoods,meet the deep-rooted needs of the residents,and enhance community cohesion and residents'satisfaction through the joint efforts of the government,communities,residents,and social sectors.The methodology of the study includes field research,collection of residents'opinions,collaborative planning and design,and resi-dents'participation in supervision and management.In practice,the concept of"co-creation"not only significantly improves the living environment,but also promotes the sustainable development of the community by fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of the residents,which provides a model and path for the transformation of other old neighborhoods,promotes grassroots social governance innovation and the construction of ecologi-cal civilization,and truly embodies the principle of"people-oriented"transformation.
