Research and Case Analysis on Energy saving Control Methods for Heat Exchange Stations Based on Load Prediction Results
The energy-saving and optimized operation of heat exchange stations is an indispensable part of intelligent on-demand heating in heating systems.Based on the load prediction results,this article starts from the basic principles of heating system operation regulation,takes the operation regulation of heat exchange stations as the object,studies the energy-saving regulation strategy of heat exchange stations,and proposes an adaptive regulation strategy for different heating system characteristics and usage characteristics of different projects,forming a complete and practical energy-saving control method for heat exchange stations.Applying research results in an intelligent heating renovation project,the results show that,while meeting the indoor temperature requirements,the heating energy consumption is reduced by 12.40%compared to the original operating mode under the same weather conditions,and the energy-saving effects are satisfactory.
