在文旅融合背景下,越来越多的商业综合体正积极探索与文化和旅游相融合的创新商业模式,打造文旅商复合空间.在商业综合体发展严重同质化的市场困局中,旅游商业综合体应顺时紧抓文旅融合背景下的发展机遇,借势文旅赋能,合理调整项目定位,精准目标客群、明确主题定位、优化业态结构,力争在市场激烈竞争的浪潮中脱颖而出.
Abstract
In the context of the integration of culture and tourism,more and more commercial complexes are actively exploring innovative business models that integrate culture and tourism,creating a composite space for culture,tourism,and commerce.In the market dilemma of severe homog-enization in the development of commercial complexes,tourism commercial complexes should seize the development opportunities under the back-ground of cultural and tourism integration,leverage cultural and tourism empowerment,and adjust the project positioning reasonably,so as to accu-rate target customers,clarify theme positioning,optimize business structure,and strive to stand out in the fierce competition of the market.
