With the changes in domestic and international situations,China's construction and real estate industries have gradually entered a stage of adjustment after rapid development,and the demand for high-quality development in the these industries have become more urgent.They are gradually transforming and upgrading towards the modern construction industry stage with the characteristics of"better housing".Based on the understanding of the connotation and development trend of better housing,this paper discusses how better housing will empower the technological and high-quality transformation of the modern construction industry,promote the development of new quality productivity in the modern construction industry,and assess the driving effects of better housing on traditional construction industry,real estate industry,as well as industries such as housing physical examination and maintenance,new building materials,healthy home for all ages,new energy and intelligent technology.Suggestions are put forward to promote relevant work.
