Research on Integration Strategy of"Better Housing"and New Quality Productivity of Modern Building Industry in Hydrogen Energy Era
With the increasing urgency of global energy structure transformation and sustainable development needs,hydrogen energy,as clean and efficient energy carrier,is gradually integrated into the construction field,driving the transformation of the building industry towards green and low-carbon direction.This research first explains the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productivity of the modern building industry,and then analyzes the necessity of the integration of"better housing"and the new quality productivity of the modern building industry from multiple dimensions such as the improvement of living quality,industrial transformation and upgrading,energy structure optimization,etc.Thirdly,the influencing factors such as technology,management,market and policy in the process of integration are analyzed in depth,and then specific strategies such as strengthening the research and development of hydrogen energy technology,building Green Building standards,promoting industrial chain coordination and cross-border integration,and improving the policy system and market incentive mechanism are proposed.This research aims to provide theoretical basis and practical path for promoting the green development of the building industry and realizing the vision of"better housing".
