摘要
本文基于马斯洛需求理论深入研究现阶段"好房子"定义与特征.同时,探索新质生产力与"好房子"之间的关系,根据新质生产力是以创新起主导作用,具有高科技、高效能、高质量的特征,深入探讨了新质生产力如何在现代建筑中通过顶层设计创新、工艺创新、材料创新打造当代人民需要的,可以解决人民痛点问题的"好房子".由此形成了以"好设计""好建造""好配套""好服务""好邻里"五位一体的"五好健康幸福家"这一新时代下健康住区的打造理念,为人们创造更美好的居住环境.
Abstract
Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the definition and characteristics of"good houses"at the present stage.Meanwhile,it explores the relationship between new quality productivity and"good houses".Considering that new quality productivity is dominated by innovation and features high technology,high efficiency,and high quality,it delves into how new quality productivity can create"good houses"that address the pain points of the people in modern architecture through top design innovation,process innovation,and material innovation.Thus,a new concept of building residences in the new era,the"Five Good Healthy and Happy Homes"integrating"good design","good construction","good supporting facilities","good service",and"good neighborhood",is formed.This aims to create a better living environment for people.
