摘要

遵循绿色环保低碳节能的设计理念,上海某大楼采用了可再生复合能源供能系统、变风量空调系统、新排风全热回收系统、节能型围护结构等多项节能措施来降低空调系统运行能耗,并对空调冷热源系统运行策略、空调噪声超标等重点问题进行分析.该项目设计取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,先后获得了美国绿色协会颁布的"LEED铂金认证"、国内"二星级绿色建筑设计标识"、上海市"优秀工程设计一等奖"、上海市"优秀建筑环境与能源应用设计专业三等奖"等.

Abstract

Following the design concept of green,environmentally friendly,low-carbon,and energy-saving,a building in Shanghai has adopted multiple energy-saving measures such as renewable composite energy supply system,air conditioning system with variable air volume,fresh air and exhaust air full heat recovery system,energy-saving enclosure structure,etc.so as to reduce the operating energy consumption of the air conditioning system.The key issues such as the operation strategy of the air conditioning cooling and heating source system and excessive air conditioning noise are analyzed.The project design has achieved good economic and social benefits,and has successively won the"LEED Platinum Certification"issued by the American Green Association,the"Two Star Green Building Design Mark"in China,the First Prize of"Excellent Engineering Design"in Shanghai,as well as the Third Prize of"Excellent Building Environment and Energy Application Design"in Shanghai.
