本文以茂名市为研究对象,通过收集和分析该城市的实际数据,详细探讨了现有排涝通道的抵抗能力及其相对于内涝点的位置分布情况.通过对比分析,揭示了该城市当前排水系统在应对极端天气条件下的不足之处,并提出了一系列降低城市内涝风险的有效措施和建议:包括但不限于提升排水系统的设计标准、增加雨水蓄积设施、优化城市规划布局以及加强防洪预警机制等,旨在全面提高城市的防涝能力,确保城市可持续发展和居民生命财产安全.
Research and Practice on Urban Drainage and Flood Control in Maoming City
This article takes Maoming city as the research object,and by collecting and analyzing actual data of the city,explores in detail the resistance capacity of existing drainage channels and their distribution relative to waterlogging sites.Through comparative analysis,the shortcomings of the current drainage system in the city in dealing with extreme weather conditions are revealed,and a series of effective measures and suggestions are proposed to reduce the risk of urban waterlogging.These measures and suggestions include but are not limited to improving the design standards of drainage systems,increasing rainwater storage facilities,optimizing urban planning and layout,and strengthening flood warning mechanisms,with an aim to comprehensively enhance the city's flood prevention capacity,promote the sustainable development of the city,and ensure the safety of residents'lives and property.
