Study of Key Index System Construction of Housing Project Quality Control and Investigation Analysis of Residents'Satisfaction
The residents'satisfaction to the quality of housing project is the main factor to measure the housing quality,which has important guiding significance for the construction of"Four Good".This paper constructs a housing project quality control index system covering five dimensions of housing physical quality,mechanical and electrical installation quality,living quality,surrounding environment quality and delivery quality.Based on this index system,a survey on residents'satisfaction with housing project quality is carried out,which could provide some reference for the design and construction of high-quality housing.
