摘要
超低能耗建筑是实现国家双碳战略目标和推动建筑行业绿色低碳转型的重要发展内容之一,在严寒地区具有大面积推广的潜力.本文介绍了严寒地区超低能耗建筑的发展现状,从政策、标准、技术、市场、认知等方面对影响其规模化发展的因素进行了综合分析,提出了完善政策法规、落实激励政策、加强技术研发、降低产业成本、推进示范工程、加强推广宣传等超低能耗建筑发展的对策,以期为严寒地区超低能耗建筑发展提供支持.
Abstract
Ultra-low energy buildings are one of the important development contents for realizing the national Dual-Carbon Strategy goal and promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry,which has a large potential to be promoted in the severe cold region.This paper introduces the development status of ultra-low energy buildings in severe cold region,makes comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting their large-scale development from the aspects of policy,standard,technology,market,cognition,etc.,and puts forward countermeasures for the development of ultra-low energy buildings,such as improving policies and regulations,implementing incentive policies,strengthening technological research and development,reducing industrial costs,promoting demonstration projects,as well as strengthening promotion and publicity,with a view to providing support for the development of ultra-low energy buildings in severe cold regions.
