摘要

房地产市场进入新常态的今天,居住健康理论研究与技术实践值得深入探讨.本文通过对西北地区第二个获得全项铂金级HiH健康标识(住宅)项目深入剖析,从《健康住宅评价标准》T/CECS462-2017中评价指标体系的六个维度,阐明西北地区健康住宅阶段性实践研究成果,为健康住宅理论与实践研究提供参考.

Abstract

As the real estate market has entered new normal nowadays,the theoretical research and technical practice of housing health deserves in-depth exploration.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the second platinum grade HiH Health Label(Housing)project in the northwest region that has been awarded a full item.From six dimensions of the evaluation index system in the"Health Housing Evaluation Standards"T/CECS462-2017,it elaborates on the phased practical research results of healthy housing in the northwest region,which could provide reference for theoretical and practical research on healthy housing.
